When using the platform

When you use Adepti, we process personal data necessary to provide you with a properly functioning service. This includes:

  • Business email address
  • Login credentials
  • (Optional) job title or department
  • Activity within the platform (such as filled-in skills, preferences, and interests)

We use this data to:

  • Provide access to the platform
  • Match you to relevant projects, tasks, or development opportunities
  • Offer user support and maintain the service
  • Analyze usage and improve the platform

This processing is based on the performance of a contract with your employer.

Managing or deleting your profile

You can manage your profile directly within the platform. If you wish to have your account and all associated data deleted, please contact the Admin within your organization. This Admin can process your deletion request via the platform’s administrator portal.

We retain your personal data as long as your employer uses Adepti. After the contract ends, personal data will be deleted within a maximum of 12 months. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Withdraw your consent (where applicable)
  • Object to the processing of your data
  • Request restricted processing
  • Request data portability to another party

You can exercise these rights by contacting us or the Admin within your organization. We aim to respond within 30 days.
